Device warranty
ضمان لمدة سنة
يشمل جهاز بورتا هيرو من هير هيرو ضماناً لمدة سنة. وينطبق هذا العرض على ألوان الجهاز الثلاثة: الوردي والفستقي والأسود.
المساعدة بشأن الجهاز
لطرح مشكلة تتعلق بالجهاز، استخدمي وسائل التواصل الرسمية في صفحة «تواصل معنا». اذكري رقم الطلب أو أرفقي إثبات الشراء، مع لون الجهاز ووصف واضح للمشكلة وتاريخ ظهورها. ويمكن إرفاق صور أو مقطع قصير للمساعدة في توضيح الحالة.
العلاقة بحقوق المستهلك
يُقرأ ضمان الجهاز مع سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع. ولا يحلّ محل الحقوق القانونية المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة أو غير المطابقة، ولا ينتقص منها.
One-year warranty
Her Hero Porta Hero comes with a one-year device warranty. This offer applies to all three device colors: Pink, Pistachio and Black.

For a device issue, use the official details on our Contact page. Include your order number or proof of purchase, device color, a clear description of the problem and when it appeared. Photos or a short video may help explain the issue.

Read this warranty together with our returns and refunds policy. It does not replace or reduce your legal rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.
