Returns, exchanges and refunds

الاسترجاع خلال ١٤ يوماً

يمكنكِ استبدال السلعة أو إعادتها واسترداد قيمتها خلال ١٤ يوماً من تسلّمها، إذا بقيت بالحالة التي كانت عليها عند الشراء، ودون تكلفة إضافية، وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي.

العيب أو عدم المطابقة

تُعالج عيوب السلعة أو عدم مطابقتها للمواصفات أو الغرض المتفق عليه بالإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو رد القيمة دون مقابل، بحسب ما تقرره الحقوق القانونية والضمان المنطبق. ولا تنتهي هذه الحقوق تلقائياً بانقضاء مهلة الاسترجاع العادي.

تقديم الطلب

تواصلي معنا عبر الوسائل الرسمية الموضحة في صفحة «تواصل معنا». اذكري رقم الطلب أو أرفقي إثبات الشراء، وحددي الجهاز أو الأجهزة المعنية وسبب الطلب. ويمكن إرفاق صورة توضح المشكلة عند الحاجة.

عند طلب إعادة جزء من عرض يتضمن أكثر من جهاز، حددي الأجهزة المعنية. تُراجع القيمة المستحقة بالرجوع إلى الفاتورة والمبلغ المدفوع فعلياً والحقوق القانونية ذات الصلة.

حقوقكِ محفوظة

تُطبَّق هذه السياسة بما يحفظ حقوقكِ المقررة في قانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي.

Returns within 14 days

You may exchange an item or return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its condition at purchase, without additional cost, under Kuwait consumer protection law.

Faulty or non-conforming items

Faults or failure to meet the agreed specifications or purpose are addressed by repair, replacement or refund without charge, as required by applicable legal and warranty rights. Those rights do not automatically end when the ordinary return period expires.

Making a request

Use the official details on our Contact page. Include your order number or proof of purchase, identify the device or devices concerned, and explain your request. You may attach a photo showing the issue where helpful.

For a partial return from a multi-device offer, identify the devices concerned. The amount due is assessed against the invoice, the amount actually paid and applicable legal rights.

Your rights are preserved

This policy is applied in a way that preserves your rights under Kuwait consumer protection law.
