بيانات طلبكِ

عند تقديم طلب عبر متجر هير هيرو، تشمل بيانات الطلب اسم المستلمة ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التسليم والبريد الإلكتروني إذا قُدّم، والمنتجات والألوان والكميات المختارة، وبيانات الفاتورة وحالة الدفع. وقد تتضمن مراسلات خدمة العملاء معلومات تقدمينها بشأن طلبكِ أو جهازكِ.

تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لتجهيز الطلب والتوصيل والتواصل بشأنه، ومعالجة طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع أو الضمان، والوفاء بمتطلبات السجلات والالتزامات القانونية ذات الصلة.

منصة المتجر وتنفيذ الطلب

تُعالج بيانات السلة والطلب عبر منصة شوبيفاي عند استخدامها لإتمام الشراء. وتصل بيانات التسليم اللازمة إلى الجهة التي تتولى توصيل الطلب، كما تُعالج عملية الدفع من خلال الوسيلة المختارة عند إتمامه. وقد تعالج شوبيفاي ومقدمو خدماتها البيانات خارج الكويت وفق ترتيبات الخدمة المنطبقة.

إذا اخترتِ التواصل عبر خدمة خارجية مثل واتساب عند إتاحتها، تنطبق أيضاً سياسة خصوصية تلك الخدمة على استخدامكِ لها.

بيانات التصفح وملفات الارتباط

قد تعالج منصة شوبيفاي بيانات تقنية، مثل عنوان الإنترنت ونوع المتصفح والجهاز، وتستخدم ملفات ارتباط لدعم وظائف المتجر، ومنها الجلسة والسلة واختيار اللغة وإتمام الطلب. توضح سياسة ملفات الارتباط الخاصة بشوبيفاي تقنيات المنصة. وقد يؤثر منع بعض الملفات من إعدادات المتصفح في عمل هذه الوظائف.

Your order information

When you order through Her Hero, order information includes the recipient name, phone number, delivery address, email address if provided, selected products, colors and quantities, invoice details and payment status. Customer-service correspondence may include information you provide about your order or device.

This information is used to prepare and deliver orders, communicate about them, handle return, exchange or warranty requests, and meet relevant record-keeping and legal obligations.

Store platform and order fulfillment

Cart and order information is processed through Shopify when its checkout is used. The delivery provider receives the information needed to deliver the order, and payment is processed through the method selected at checkout. Shopify and its service providers may process data outside Kuwait under the applicable service arrangements.

If you choose an external communication service such as WhatsApp when available, that service's privacy policy also applies to your use of it.

Browsing data and cookies

Shopify may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, and use cookies to support store functions including sessions, cart, language selection and checkout. Shopify's Cookie Policy explains its platform technologies. Blocking some cookies in your browser may affect these functions.

Access and correction

Use the official details on our Contact page to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate or outdated information, or erasure where permitted by law. Identity verification may be needed to protect the information. Legally required record retention is taken into account when handling a request.
